Subject of war seems to be back on people's vision. Before "The Hurt Locker" get the Oscar-winning after HBO premiere "Pacific War" on March 14 ... this seems to reopen the memories of "Band of Brothers" for people.

A veterans of World War II gave a book to Tom Hanks , Hanks seen and then gave it to Spielberg, two person were touched by this story and decided to shoot out. However the limited time of movie has no way to integrate into so many characters and feelings,so it is so apprppriate to make a mini-series.
